Pitaluga signed for pats on loan. A great one for pats and Liverpool fans. Jaros was brilliant on loan and by all accounts this lad is streets above him so should be a brilliant signing
Great to see it, I've always wanted a different date for the TV fixture as well as I'll get to see the live games. That all said as soon as pats are in derry on a Thursday for it I'll be the 1st to moan
I read today that Bryan McFadden, Shane Lynch and Keith Duffy are going to invest in Chorley Town!!! Why won't these Irish men invest in a League of Ireland club?
I've never been looking forward to a season starting less. Unless Bohs pull a few rabbits out of the hat this week we are starting this season weaker than we were last which takes some doing.
The away ticket allocation for the Brandywell is cut to 75 supporters until June at least due to works in the stadium. Don't book those hotels just yet!!
Yep going to be a disaster, 3 centre halves on the books. One centre forward. Ridiculous off season. Fenlon and Devine clearly at loggerheads. Devine be sacked by May - not doing it over the winter going to be costly.
Couldnt agree more, car crash season incoming. Devine well within his right to say he hasnt had the support from the club and Daniel Lambert off chasing Unicorns doesnt help either. No incentive to deliver success on the pitch
I don't think I'd be funnelling money into Devine, he's not the answer long term and his recruitment has pretty much been disastrous. I'd have moved on from him and made a big play for Stephen o Donnell as Dundalk are a bigger mess than we are right now. Lambert isn't involved in football operations thankfully, that's Nutsy's job. Very underwhelmed since he's come back in, we've essentially just gone back to everything Keith Long already had in place. I'd love to sack the two of them and bring Long back.
In more important news the last set of planning was finalised for Dalymount tonight. If Government meet there end will be completed for 2027. Brilliant work from all involved most of whom volunteers. Serious amount of work.
