Players scattered all over the box with seconds left and he does that. Fook me.

He seen his name in lights and was probably thinking "if this falls to me I'm having it, I score and everyone loves me and I'm not useless"

Thought Lovren did ok yesterday, but I nearly exploded with that effort at the end.

Brilliant interception in the 16th minute when villa were 2 v 1.

Agree 100% but both Lovren and Mario could play out of their skin but they make one mistake and by god it will highlighted to dead around this place.

Then he was terrible for delphs goal. let delph turn inside, not with a fancy trick or class turn - simply a step and he was totally out of the game with that step.

Hes simply not good enough and the 20m paid for him has to be up there with one of the worst transfers we've ever seen.

Attempting a 40yard shot when it was our last phase of play showed him for the brainless footballer he is.

Tbf to him there was alot more than him to blame for Delphs goal to put the blame squarely on he's shoulder is unfair as Delph was left run freely from MF along with Grealish and there was'nt a decent tackles by anyone to stop neither, the back flip by Bentake was embarrassing also, but as i said Lovren was'nt the only blame for that goal.

No no, I'm not saying he was the only one to blame. Just pointing out he was brutal for the goal

Folk blaming Lovern for that shot lol. Lovern proberly looked up and seen Ballotelli and Lambert and said "**** this anyway" at least I won't fall over in a heap like them. Lovern wasn't that bad yesterday anyone picking on him for that needs to have a word with themselves.

Anyone looking at our bench yesterday and thinking this manager has what it takes to take us back to where we belong is in denial.

    Agreed.

Infact, if I were to rate him across the players on the pitch yesterday, I'd actually put him on the upper half (due to both his individual contribution and the sub standard performances elsewhere).

Funnily the 2 outcasts, Mario and Lovern showed some fight yesterday and had ok games. Countinho had a decent game aswell. other than that, brutal, showed no fight and Villa were deserved winners. Hope they go on to win it now.

Wasn't that bad bar their 2nd goal, on lovrens good games there is always a "bar" moment, he's an absolute donkey, he couldn't score a great chance from a corner we had, and then hits the ball into row z, as has been mentioned he's bloody brainless and one of the worse signings we've ever made.

My thoughts exactly. 2-1 down at 70 mins and brings on johnson and then waits till 10 seconds on the clock to give lambert a run!!!! defies logic

Alot of he's decesion of late especially in big game defies logic , these big decesions could be the rock he'll perish on come the end of the season.

Clearly thought Csn would give us a greater threat than Allen in the middle of the park. It was the right change for me, can't understand the fuss over this sub at all.

Also had the additional attack out ball for Johnson wide right
Questioning this as a defensive sub
Far more worrying moves on the pitch than this one
