Membership Tickets / System

The LFC Help twitter responded to this question and said there should be no issues, whether I believe them is another question.

Just to add to this post and after some confusion regarding a tweet that was sent out before the Leicester game by the club where they asked fans to update to latest version of ios 16.0 which would make iphone 6 and 7 redundant. After a lenghty call with the club today I can confirm iphone 6 and 7 are still ok to use. They have suggested to make sure all devices are on the latest version of ios they can be physically on.

checked my wallet there and it now correctly shows Chelsea as next game and not Everton

In regards to the fan update. I'm getting 2 tickets off a season ticket holder for myself and my son. We are both on his F&F list abd have got tickets from him before. Do we need to do this update or is it just those who purchase direct from club in the sales .

 

No you will be fine it was only for people on 13+

 

You mean people who only recently got on 13+ ladder Yeah?I recollect having done this 3 years ago or so and I believe this iteration is to only get people to complete who haven’t done it before.I have no mail from the club on doing it this time around

 

13+ only was last one, this time its anyone who has bought in the november sales direct from club and new 13+ from 2019/2020 number of games is irrelevant.
Thats my understanding anyway.

The following groups of supporters now need to complete Fan Update by Friday 13 January 2023 to retain their access to buy and use match tickets on their accounts:

1. Priority Rights Holders
   
2. Official Members with 13+ credits accrued in Season 2019/20 for the first time
   
3. Official Members who have purchased at least one ticket in the November 2022 sales

 

Correct its for new 13+ members or anyone who purchased one ticket in November sale

 

It seems to be for everyone
I had to do it on my wife’s card and she doesn’t have any matches on her card

Hi lads...

I've been offered tickets to a game but I don't have a fan card membership.

Would I need to get my own card so he can transfer the tickets to me??

Would I need to buy to memberships as I'll need two tickets..

Any help appreciated

 

I don't know them Gerry.... But I'm getting desperate now. My son is begging to go for years now

 

No need to pay for membership. Just create 2 supporter IDs and they should be able to add you to friends and family and that they should be able to transfer tickets to your account as a general admission ticket.
