They can't send it directly to your Google wallet. They have 2 options to pass it to you: 1. Distribute. They trigger an email to you with a link for you to add it to your wallet. No messing around with fan ids but they can only do this twice per year. 2. Forward. You'll need to create two new fan ids and then add the ticket owners id to your f&f list. They can't add you to theirs but yours will pop up on theirs once you add them. You'll also need to download a free General Admission NFC Pass and then they will be able to forward the ticket to your new profile. Yes, I think in both cases they can recall the ticket.
If the seller is a member, more than likely he/she won't want to lose the credit and a burner phone will be provided. If the seller is a ST holder then they can transfer the ticket without worrying about handing over phones.
i'm completely out of the loop these days when it comes to tickets but as i said a couple of weeks ago, a lad i know got 2 tickets for the leicester game and the tickets were sent to him on whatsapp. i'm assuming it was the link that was sent to him and then he added them to his wallet. he defo didn't have to faff around with fan IDs or F+F lists or NFC passes.
you cant recall forwarded member tickets if a member ticket is forwarded to you, its yours you have full control over it, I'm not sure if Season tickets are the same but def members when its forwarded to your membership you are in control
If he added to his wallet then he needed nfc. Most likely it was a screenshot of a qr code (taken from the owners ticket in his wallet) but apparently club have started to deactivate qr readers so at turnstiles so high risk to do that now.
I guess the Wolves PL home game will be rescheduled as a mid-week game. Do I understand correct that the credit will stay with the 13+ member if they pass on their Wolves PL home ticket? The FAQ say: A game has been rearranged to mid-week at short notice; I can no longer attend the rescheduled game. Will I be penalised? Should the situation arise where a game is moved from a weekend to mid-week within 28 days of the game being played, all supporters will be able to use the ticket distribution option for that game.
Its not falling within the 28 day window, so my guess (and I emphasise guess) would be the credit will move
A way around forwarding and F&F would be sending someone the link to download your own NFC pass once you have removed it from your own phone first. The other person would then have your pass on their phone. You would have to trust that the person would remove the pass again after the game however.
I wasn't 100% sure to which time period the 28 days refers to. It's maybe the time of the announcement of the game until matchday? I.e. if they announce today that the game is played on 1 February I would assume the credit will not move?

Same as. Didn't even get to the "thanks for your purchase page" but the money came out the bank so sorted Surely this could have been done Saturday or Sunday when no games are on sale
My understanding is here is this is limited to device, when I upgraded phone (iPhone), I had to ask club livechat to remove phone associated with account, before I could add to a new.
You can have on multiple phones , its linked to your google wallet account. once you sign into goggle all your bank cards and passes etc are there
