"I know I'm quite good at what I'm doing." Jurgen in his press conference today. That should go on a banner for the last day.
There'll be plenty of plaudits over the next 3 weeks and rightly so but there's one stat that I find incredible. Bobby mentioned it in his book, in the 4 seasons between 2019 and 2022 there was only 1 point separating Liverpool and man city in total points, unfortunately city won 3 league titles and Liverpool only 1. I'd be surprised if that has ever been matched by 2 rivals in any other era in any of the top leagues. God bless you jurgen, we'll never see the likes of it again.
Nice to see our IK flag on it. Cracking painting and a lovely reminder to us (as if we needed it) following the last few weeks of shitty disappointment just how sound our gaffer is.

End of an era for sure, on to the next chapter then... he gave it his all for the Club, what more can you ask of the man. Always welcome back and YNWA
Had a look at various media outlets today, they are already having a go at him for "moaning" and laughing at his amnesty gag as if it was serious. Thats why nothing will ever change in England and Spanish teams will have 13 days rest before big champions league games. The UK media will then wonder how Italy and Germany managed to nab the extra CL places.
Nothing new there. Jurgen's been the soul voice on numerous issues over his time here and gets ridiculed by media and fans of other clubs alike for always moaning and a sore loser. We already know but they'll see years in the future how right he was on so many points.
Media conference after the game today. Journo: " what does it take to be a Liverpool manager?" Jurgen: "I didn't think it was too difficult to be honest."
