Not clearly evident from the headline. An you suggested youd disown him if he had any connection.. Surely not for just not winning an Emmy. That's a bit harsh
It's an absolutely essential and significant news story. Actors, and to a lesser degree actresses, are the most vital people on the planet. Closely followed by singers and influencers. Awards of any type are the most important things to these gods amongst men. Closely followed by their families. Combining the two in one story is both epoch-making and earth shattering. Everyone should take time out of their insignificant lives to read this momentous revelation.
I'm thinking about getting a monitor and a large external hard drive. Is it worth waiting for Black Friday/Cyber Monday? Do you really get good deals or is it just stores trying to offload old/unwanted stock? EDIT: Now I see there's Amazon Prime Day as well. Is that any better? I'm not sure which day benefits most from a 30 day trial of Prime.
What do you mean? I’ve bought a good few things from their site and it’s always spot on and top quality . They even donate a % of their sales to charity. Unless I am missing something.
They have been around for years and are quite popular. More Regular fashion that your HSOAB or Threads for Reds T-shirt’s from what I have seen.
That video going around of the poor young girl in London this morning , getting abducted is shocking and so sad. Fair play to the two women who rescued her. The poor child is absolutely terrifered. The man has been named. Hopefully they catch him soon.
Opinion / advice please Moved out of rented house and keys handed back. Waiting on €1,100 of a deposit to be returned The place was left spotless and took pictures of everything as property agency said they would not be able to come out to do an inspection til this week.due to CV19 Had a TV bracket on the wall which was taken down and the 4 small holes filled with filler and left smooth and tidy. Property agent emailed to say they had carried out inspection and why were the walls left in a 'state' and he included a picture of them - Replied to him that they were left in good condition and that over the course of 4 years the walls are obliviously not going to be in the same way when moved into the house. Emailed again this morning looking for the deposit back to which he replied that you will have to bear with us as we need to get someone to repair the wall and repaint it. House is back up online for rent including a photo (Which we took) of the above mentioned wall along with the phrase 'House finished to the highest standard' Cheers
@dk.lfc did you ask for permission to put the bracket on the wall? Looks like they're trying to get you on a "technicaliteh" as Andy Tate would say.
No Willie didn't ask Seems your man has a reputation for this and nit picks to find anything to not return deposits.
That's landlords for you mate, some of them are greedy fcuks and will do anything to hold on to money. Wouldn't cost a grand to touch up the "damage" so you should certainly get some of your deposit back.
Had this while ago, brought up case to tenancy board and had all photos etc guy just sent cheque to them about week before case was to be heard for full amount.
