    To steel an idea from our TV Shows to Avoid thread I think we could do with one for Movies. Now there are loads of crap movies so try to keep it to ones that many think are good.

    A big one for me and some will want me hung for this is Anchorman, now I only seen it for the first time a couple of years ago when it was on the TV at Xmas. Got a few laugh's but not nothing great, I think I had heard so much about it from loads who loved it so I was expecting to much.

    A film called "Split" (see here) which I accidentally watched part of, thinking it was another movie with the same name. One of the worst films I've ever seen !

    Guardians of The Galaxy

    I don't mind Hulk, iron Man and just about sit through Thor, however just thought it was terrible

    Another I didn't get the hype about was The Big Lewbowski

    Loved Anchorman and Zoolander however the sequels were just the same guys 10-15 years older trying to do the same thing again. Terrible

    Worst best movie for me though in recent years has to be Birdman. Don't know how I made it to the end

    Another one, and this should be at the top of my list as I went to the cinema for it (pictures for Gerry). Lost in Translation, WTF its muck now maybe I was to young watching it would have been early 20s but I did not get it at all. Got an oscar aswell.

    The Big Lebowski I have only seen the first half hour of and was disappointed too. Need to watch this again as it should be right up my street

    Lost in Translation I enjoyed. 2 for 2 Paul oh dear

    Also, I have never seen more than the odd 10 min just in passing of any Star Wars movie. I am not sure if that fits this thread as I have not seen it but just know its not for me.

    Tell me you don't like the conveyor belt of shite that is all these superhero hero movies. The only one I had to sit through in the cinema was Ironman and apparently that's one of the better ones. Saw 2 Spiderman movies and it was the exact same story made 10 years later. And it had no Kirsten Dunst in it
