Would love that but don't see it yet...hopefully I'm wrong.

Hope to see Harvey a lot more mins in midfield

I’d be looking at Tielemans, surprised he has not made the step up to Champions League. Even without this injury look a bit light in midfield. Thiago, Naby and Ox all injury prone, Jones and Harvey still unproven at the very highest level. Henderson and Milner reliable but aging. Fabinho is the most reliable of all however he is prone to true occasional spell of form.

I’d surprised if Jurgen is having with the midfield options going into the new season. Maybe the plan is to get to the Internarional Break for World Cup and assess then, fear is City could be out of sight by then.
Could the manager be forced to play Trent ‘in his best position’ at some stage?

Harvey Elliott will be a first XI staple by the time Thiago returns. Some times injuries are good.

Put it this way, if Hendo, Thiago and Fabinho stayed fit for the entire season then Harvey isn't starting 3 games in a row. He's got a huge chance and I think he'll take it.

Great player, but he seems to be made of wet toilet roll. Its really frustrating.

Do we seem to have more intensity and play with more pace without Thiago?

Was there any length of time given to his injury?

I'd imagine so, I'd say he already has his next club lined up, he'll leave on a free after next season.

Overall think his time at the club has been a disappointment, mainly due to injury. A very different player to Gini and more talented, however nowhere near the same impact

Out for the foreseeable and needs an op. Could be the last we have seen of him in LFC shirt

It should be the last we see of him. Brilliant player, but his body let's him down far too often. Take what we can get in the summer and wish him well.
