Great display again, fair play to them...

As for VAR, what a joke that Matip wasn't given a peno

Usually at one down and no sign of breaking them down you'd worry - never any doubt it would come with this team though.

Even without hindsight it was obvious Origi going off injured was very bad news for Newcastle. Firmino is kryptonite to teams who defend like that but even still his form is incredible. Without getting too far ahead of ourselves it will probably be a lower total to win it this year and I'm hoping Norwich has reminded the others that City can be got at if you're brave enough.

It's great that when we go behind it's not a worry anymore.

Just thinking. If Lascelles doesn't grab Matip,he has a free header 7 yards out. That's obviously a deliberate foul to deny a goalscoring opportunity, but a player would never be sent off in that situation.

Also its mad how Mane gets sent off for catching Ederson in the head with his boot that time and then the rule is never implemented again in the PL. Another one yesterday in the Burnley match, yellow card after a VAR check.

I was very impressed with Norwich. Even at 3-1 they were still going for more. Refreshing to see against City. A lot of teams are already beaten before kick off and they just seem to accept it. Would be good if other teams take a leaf out of Norwich's book.

We give out about teams being beaten before kick off against Citeh but with 20 minutes to go and Norwich 3-1 up there were about 6 different posts in here saying Man City would win or they (the poster) would settle for a draw. Do as I say not as I do?!:p

One year he tried to cover his head with his jacket when his song was getting an airing. Fair play to him

Firmino the early front runner for player of the year. Unreal so far.

Great low angle views of the goals.
