Yeah he's out for this one so we may as well look at the positives. He's asymptomatic so we don't have to worry about getting him back to health. He misses the international matches so we don't have to worry about him getting injured. And its a rest for him at a very good time to be getting a rest.
Feck me so if all current injuries and scares don’t clear up we could be looking at something like this —————-Alisson————— Milner—Williams—Matip—Kostas ——Jones—Gini—Naby— ——Mane—-Bobby—-Jota— That’s still a decent team and shows are strength in depth. Hopefully Hendo, Thiago, Fab and Robbo will all make it though
Mohamed Salah could return to Liverpool this Thursday so long as he returns a negative coronavirus test, according to an Egyptian health official. Salah, 28, has been in self-isolation until in Egypt after testing positive last Friday ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier with Togo. The winger is spending his time in self-isolation in El-Gouna, a tourist resort on the Red Sea, and faces another coronavirus test on Thursday. Salah will be able to return to Merseyside if that test comes back negative - and the Egyptian Ministry of Health's Covid-19 committee chief is confident it will. Hossam Hosny said: "Salah is currently in El-Gouna to complete his quarantine and he will conduct another PCR test on Thursday, and I expect that his result will be negative because until now, the player hasn't shown any symptoms. " Liverpool are communicating with us to check on Salah, and their medical staff have agreed that he will travel to El-Gouna. "And Salah can return to England if his test result on Thursday is negative." However, the Premier League's protocols mean Salah will not be able to feature in Liverpool's clash with Leicester on Sunday evening even if his test comes back negative on Thursday.
you get a negative result but still can be contagious You may not have enough of the viruses genetic material in your sample to trigger a positive result but may still be contagious.
Because of the 10 day isolation I'd say. Positive last Friday, so in isolation regardless of further negatives, so hes out until Monday at the earliest. If he had another positive in the interim the 10 day rules starts from that test all over again.
It was the right decision although he shouldn't have got the gig in the first place. If he ruled in our favour on a tight call he would be accused of trying to level things up. If he ruled against us he would be accused of having an agenda.
I heard a stat during the West Ham game saying that we had just equaled the club record of 63 home games unbeaten, and when the original record was stopped, it was at home to Leicester 2020 is doing it's best to make that stat repeat itself, but I hope I'm wrong
I think it was Jim Beglin talking about and mentioned they we missing a lot of players that day. Unbelievable team back then. Ray Clemence Steve Ogrizovic Bruce Grobbelaar Avi Cohen Colin Irwin Phil Neal Alan Hansen Phil Thompson Alan Kennedy Richard Money Jimmy Case Steve Heighway Sammy Lee Ray Kennedy Terry McDermott Kevin Sheedy Graeme Souness Ronnie Whelan Kenny Dalglish Howard Gayle David Johnson Ian Rush Colin Russell
IIRC we matched a couple of records last season but didn't break them. Man Utd away was definitely one, I'm sure Watford cost us a record too.
I was listening to the Anfield wrap podcast yesterday and they where saying Leicester have problems with injuries at the back
