Updates from press conference today is that Jota is already back training and Thiago should be back in team training from Monday. Konaté should be in team training around the international break in a couple of weeks.

Ramsay doesn't sound that close to being ready either.

Worryingly Keïta has a muscle injury similar to Chamberlain and sounds like both are out indefinitely.

Henderson out injured for sure now but no timeframe until scan comes back. Would be at best out until international break at this stage I'd say.

Hopefully what we've seen so far regarding Ramsay isn't a sign of things to come.

Players got away with far more in the days before wall to wall media coverage, example 56,728. I'll never not be angry that David James lasted as long as he did as our keeper. It's Roy Evans biggest failure as our manager, and fuck Souness for inflicting him on us. And the amount of clips of players who were very highly rated making errors that you wouldn't see in League 1 these days is mental. Mark Wright here playing like a Leinster Senior League player. 2 years after being named PFA player of the year,Steve Nicol was doing things Titus Bramble wouldn't have recovered from. And it's not just when we were shit, you can pull clips like that from any past era on a far more consistent basis than you could now. The standards in football are so much higher now than they were when we were dominating, or even when Man U and then Arsenal were at their peak.

I was watching a bit of Gary Neville's soccerbox the other day, he had Roy Keane on and they were watching a utd/arsenal game from their day, it was poor enough for the 2 best teams of the time

Just seen there that there was a legends game at Anfield today which means I've managed to avoid the whinging about players who aren't actually legends,a topic that makes people's Fantasy Football selections seen interesting. So that's good. We beat Man U 2-1.

I heard Robbie Keane played so at least there was one undisputable Liverpool legend playing.

I thought he never played those legend games.
Heard he shoved a teammate as soon as he came on. Didn't bother clicking the link to see who it was.
