Dreambox 500S

As far as I know they're completely dead in the water mate. All of the channels (that I wanted it for anyway) dropped off completely a few weeks back.

 

Is not a new one? Don't need a dish and all? Or are they dead too

 

IPTV is working fine on mag 254. I've had no issues with mine so far.

 

Iptv is class.

 

Finally got this up and running anyone ever have any issues with sound? Gold has no sound at the moment and lfc TV has went blank a couple of times during the match

 

Also I've no SSN or eir sport 2.. I'm on a free trial so trying to find out what should be on it before I pay anything

 

Mine is working perfect. Different servers/subscriptions though...

I'm selling a z Gemma h.2s box for €60 if anyone's interested , had it up for 100 but just want rid of it now! Box only for sale, has iptv on till December but may go at anytime so if it goes it goes. Have it up on adverts but if anyone's interested pm me

I'm buying a Zgemma i55 for IPTV today, anyone had any issues since Sky reshuffled their sports section?

 

I have an R Box Plus - can I run IPTV off this?

 

Haven't been watching much TV over the past 5 days but turned on the sports section and all is working fine on IPTV. Will take some time to get used to the new names but no issues with the channels working .

I'm a bit clueless when it comes to technology so you might be able to assist.

But let's say that a person, cough, has a box that let's you use Mobdro. You can stream channels and whilst it's better than nothing, the quality is nowhere near what you would get through an aerial/satellite.

I believe that IPTV is streamed - is the quality good?

Also, is the guide/planner user friendly?

Quality on most of the stations is top notch. Exactly like Sky. The streams are excellent most of the time. They are not like the dodgy streams you get on football sites for the games.

There is times when they might freeze for a couple of seconds. It all depends on your provider.

Again depending on which provider you will go with , will depend on whether you have a TV guide or a recoding option . I have the TV guide on mine.

My sub is up in August and for €100 I can get a sub for both room or €50 for one box for the year for everything .

I'll go with it for another year. Any questions fire ahead and I'll try answer them as best as I can.
