An attacker doesn't get a peno for that type of push 99 times out of 100 so a defender like Ramos can't really have any complaints unless he's willing to have 5 penalties a game given against him.
I think that's a foul. Ramos is about to lean into him and make the header at least more difficult, the shove, although tame sends Ramos in the other direction. If Pep hadn't cried like a bitch all week about been screwed in previous years then I think the ref looks at the monitor and over rules it.
It's definitely a foul Bob,but no worse than the type of fouls Ramos and almost every other defender commits numerous times a game and very rarely get a mention,never mind a peno.

Obviously they should be beating Olympiacos at home and going through especially after the first leg victory but they really need to change the away goal ruling. Olympiacos effectively had another 30 mins to take advantage of the away goal ruling. I think it needs to be scrapped if a game is going into extra time where away goals don't count.
