Some amount of upsets this midweek, I just hope we are not another one. I think there will be more goals in this game before it's over but it could go either way. I wondered about Leicesters motivation before the match with their manager under pressure but there no signs of them giving it anything but 100% on a night when conditions are very poor.
It's going to be a long run in putting every mistake down to the pressure of the title race. Robertson has been dropping a clangers almost every game all season,he just got punished this time.Van Dijk has made plenty of mistakes too but they get airbrushed because he's Van Dijk. We've been over performing in XG against and it's catching up with us a little bit. There's still 45 minutes to go and we're still favourites to win this one.We've seen that first half a few times this season.
Similar game to last night, comfortable yet sloppy at the same time. The goal coming when it did is probably not the worst thing in the world, at least we have 15 minutes to let a few rockets off in the changing room. Alberto Robertson with a daft tackle and Matip does what Matip does. Ref should have blown the whistle as soon as that ball looked out of the box.
Shocking from Robertson and VVD for the goal, the strange thing is I'm a lot less worried now than I was before kick off. Salah is always better in the second half too, he'll kick on and grab a goal, most likely from a penalty. Maguire won't want to be anywhere near him now. Shaqiri very quiet, hasn't had any influence at all but there is no space at all for him and Keita to work in. Speaking of Keita, he is playing OK, not much happening due to the blocks of Leicester players in front of him, broken up a few of their attacks and is always an option for the centre halves when they have the ball.
Weather has slowed up counter attack especially through Salah We're okay with a bit of pressure they'll buckle but it's keeping it to 1 down our end that bothers me

We're looking likely to concede on the break here, they're enforcing their tactics far better than we are. A draw here isn't too bad but we cannot lose.
We are getting what we deserved here, a very nervy performance in my opinion and no shock that it's come when the pressure is ratcheting up. We need to find ways to win these games because I feel there's going to be a lot of performances like this to come. Anyway we've gained a point on City but we really were very poor this evening although I'd have to say Leicester were absolutely excellent in what they did too, going a goal down early didn't phase them at all.
I'm not one for blaming the pitch but it slowed down our play a lot tonight. Another point won't do us any harm, very frustrating to watch
