Ref warns Joeliton for persistant fouling two mins later fouls again no booking..... Make it make sense.
The goal had absolutely nothing to do with how good of a defender he is so not really sure what your talking about here
Mad game, I thought VVD sending off was correct but how TAA didn't get a free for being pushed over the line is crazy. Throwing the ball away knowing the new rules is just silly. Newcastle getting away with a lot of late hits and extra aggressive fouling. Jolinton not being on a card being an example. TAA foul after the yellow was just that and not a second yellow for me. He is playing within himself. When we actually play football, even with ten we look better.
Shocking pass from Mo to trent for the goal. Its hit to his left, its not rolled in, its off the ground and at pace while he's got a player bearing right down on him. Trent will deservedly take the criticism for such a poor touch but again, that's a terrible pass from Mo.
Never said he was or wasn't but this is the Newcastle game thread and your comment had absolutely no relevance to what happened in the 1st half. The goal was an error by him no doubt but technical error not a defensive one. He did very little wrong in that 1st half defensively
Never doubt Jurgens reds I thought Trent defended well second half. Got into position to make some good clearances.
I said he'd get a chance but it could easily end up in the stands. Two really quality finishes. Hope he can kick on from here cause he gets the chances, if he starts scoring them he could win us alot of games
