    I've contacted Phil Dutton to escalate the issue of blocking ip address from refeshing. Has someone got a screenshot they can DM me also please or even a screen record I can whatsapp him. Thanks

    Ive got some now thanks. Ive edited you post removing your mobile not a good idea leaving it up on an open forum .

    LFC are getting their system guys to look at it. Not sure what the outcome of that will be but it's escalated beyond their customer service team.

    Quick one lads, I am a member however I missed the deadline to add myself to my brothers family and friends at the beginning of the the season. He is sending me a link with two tickets for the game tomorrow one for me and one for my mate, just wondering will I be able to download the tickets without any hassle?

    If its a link to download his pass to your Google wallet it should be fine.

    Have gotten the link but when I try to download the pass it says
    FORBIDDEN
    Maximum number of passes issued, remove one of the existing copies of this pass from an Apple device.

    Any advice lads? Does this mean he will have to remove his season nfc pass and re-download after the game?

    Turn off auto updates on his pass from his phone usually does the trick

    They have started blocking VPN's (well I use windscribe) really quickly like 1/2 refreshes and I'm blocked, have to find a better one myself that they cant tell is a VPN

    I know mate. It's like pulling teeth with them. We have it firmly on the table as an issue but I need the club to engage also. I only sent email this morning for follow up meeting. We are not ignoring it mate thats for sure.

    Am I able to update my friends list to transfer a ticket at this stage of the season? When I go in to manage the list its not giving me the option.
    If I can't is there any way then I can transfer the ticket?

    As far as I’m aware, If you are not friends with the person already , you won’t be able to add them and forward/distribute to them now.

    I’d say your best bet is for the person that you want to send the ticket to, register a new account using the link below.
    They will then be able to add you to their list and then you will see them as a friend on your list. This can only be done for 2 weeks though and then it closes.

    Interesting to see the club sending further reminders on credits, I suspect they want to comms out ahead of a notice of change, given the new seats in the annie road next season.

    Will be interesting so see how it bottoms out
