I think it might be no harm not playing til Monday, the extra little bit of time to get over the disappointment of going out of europe. The hammers losing today might have given our boys a bit of a lift as well.

This one won't be easy, Leeds came to Anfield for their first match in the top flight in over 16 years, scored 3 and didn't even get a point. They will be out to make up for that and rightly so. As we all know they are a decent team and they recently beat City. But I fancy us to dig deep and get the 3 points, it felt like the world was caving in that Sunday we got beaten by Fulham, but we have won 3 in a row in the league since, looking very good against arsenal and coming from behind at home to villa last week. Keep the winning run going lads.

    COME ON YOU MIGHTY REDS

Our tactics should be straight forward for this one, for all of Leeds success this season they just don't change their approach. It should simply come down to if we can put away our chances.

With the announcement re the European Super League overshadowing this, I can see the VAR decisions going against us to a new level... Why the hell did they announce this now anyway?

Tactical I’d imagine before fans are allowed back in the stadiums. They will hope by the time fans are allowed back in they will have sunk in and they may lose a few hardcore but new fans will emerge to replace them

So this match tonight does not matter now as regards top four?

We're going to get absolutely smashed tonight in the media if Leeds beat the "superpower" and with the way they're playing it's a very high chance.

Pointless few games rest of season. Can't blame klopp if wanted to walk.
With new champions league format we would qualify regardless. The game i loved is gone.

I'm still the same, haven't changed on thinking that this is still a must win. I don't believe Super League will go ahead anyway so we must still finish as high as we can in the league this season.

Neville wrote on Twitter: “Leeds players should walk to the side of the pitch and just let them keep scoring! They don’t want competition.”

Neville didn’t stop there, with another tweet later on adding: “Join us if you like for Leeds v Greeds.”

Nevilles a cunt simple as. He hasn't stopped rambling on since he heard the news. The Liverpool players had nothing to do with decisions to set up the Super League, I hope Carragher tells him where to vent his fury, solely at the owners only and not the club but I won't hold my breath.on that one. His digs about You'll never walk alone and our club which was there long before FSG, fuck off.

I'm still up for this game. This manager and these players haven't let us down and while there's still a possibility the super league doesn't go ahead, I'm staying fully on board.

Hopefully this game is as good as our first game against Leeds, same result would do as well. It is the right game for us to get our heavy metal football back, just have a go.
