Hi Im looking for a bit of advice on my wifes behalf, she is looking into getting started as a caterer she took the first step already by doing her HACCP course, she has always done little catering jobs on the side away from her own job but is looking to take it more seriously now and get set up properly. So does anyone know what steps does she need to take??? i.e. is there a catering course she needs to do???? she is planning to start it from our own kitchen so is there any certification process that our kitchen will need to be inspected??? Any advice would be great Cheers
