Maldives Dubai San Francisco Las Vegas L.A. A lot of time off work, a lot of air miles, but well worth it. We had everything, Luxury, Culture, Excitement! Magnificent trip.
Can anyone recommend a not too expensive hotel in LA for 4 nights close to all the sites, but not neccessarily downtown, and not in danger of gettin embroiled in a crips & bloods gang war. Lookin at San Fran - LA- Vegas, and we have the other two boxed off. Travel agents have offered us a great deal, but we dont like the look of the hotel in LA, so lookin to swap it for somethin better but not astronomically priced. Thanks in advance for any help folks...
Booked honeymoon during the week. Miami, a cruise and New York. Cost a fortune, but should only be doing it once.
The one we booked was 250 each cheaper than when we checked before Xmas. More chance of getting run over by a donkey than sinking on one. I hope
LA Doin the exact same as ye only t'other way round, Vegas - LA -San Fran, stayin in Santa Monica,Doubletree Suites, not bad and right down at the beach.
I don't know if you've ever been on a cruise but if not, it's absolutely fantastic. Done a carribbean cruise myself and it's the best holiday ive ever had.
Actually, at the moment we're thinking of a few days on the West Coast of Ireland for ours in October
Ian the west coast is beautifull mate plenty of users on Here from the west could offer tips or suggestions if needed
Been to la twice and it's a dreadful hole IMO. Killer traffic, really spread out and not a great feel about the place. A lot of harassment on the streets around the famous places. Would avoid at all costs. San Fran, the national parks napa valley etc are beautiful.
