I would have certainly called it Anfield Road as a youngster - a few will remember the league ladders that would come with SHOOT magazine every summer, they would have the ground name on them, was always Anfield Road for Liverpool
Anfield Road isn't one of them, always been Anfield to me anyway. Man City deffo a yes. You have all the answers now anyway between you but regarding Fulham that's a good one which wasn't in the answer, before I put this up I went on LFC archive History site and Fulham isn'r mentioned on any of the PL years as Loftus Road and why would they move, they haven't redveloped that ground for years except when making it all seater and that was when they were in the Championship they made their PL debut 2001-2002 season. So it's and these first 6 all were in the PL when football started. Ipswich QPR Coventry Man City Norwich Leeds 99-200 Watford 2010-2011 Blackpool.
Oh and if you haven't got this site it's a must for every Reds Statto out there. http://www.lfchistory.net/SeasonArchive/Games/44
