Listening to some media talk about the match yesterday and you would think the blueshite were top of the league and in great form and the Reds are set for relegation. Prickford is apparently the greatest keeper ever after making 3 good saves. Reality check - On another day one or two of the shots that hit the post go in and the Reds win. LFC only 5 points behind citeh ( 14) last Xmas. Blueshite have 4 points and no wins Alisson makes an absolute worldy save from a deflected shot - no mention No balance in media whatsoever. On another note jota and matip back is a real boost.
Mad to think had we won yesterday we'd only be 3 points behind City. Strange season. As said above had we beaten Palace and Fulham yesterday's result isn't so bad. In our next 5 league games we play Arsenal and Chelsea away and City at home. We'll know a bit more about how we are fixed after those fixtures.
Didn't realise there's been debates all day about whether the touch Milner got when trying to block the cross,should have meant Coady was onside. It's not often I feel sorry for officials but if that's the level of idiocy they're dealing with, then I have to have some sympathy with them.
