Amazing how he made such an initial impact, but has now become almost completely forgotten ... kinda similar to the way he's been at former clubs I suppose. At circa £13m, we got good value from him, assuming his wages aren't massive.
Ridiculous performance for been out for so long.(good ridiculous). 2nd half was like a machine kept going..keep it up lad
He looked like a different person, fave, hair and body shape all looked different, like a new signing.

His goal was excellent team goal and the way he timed his run looked like he was doing it in training. They way he looks so fit it makes me think that the only reason he wasn't getting game time up to now is that Klopp wanted him 100% and was saving him for this period of mad fixtures.
I didn't realise he was out injured for two months and was on a "special" (reads weight loss to me) fitness regime, he's another great option to have in the squad, only 28 and finally looks to be in very good shape. Great to have a few fresh players knocking about the squad.
The forgotten man but in a very good performance last night that I wasn't expecting.. Hopefully he can stay fit because we will need him over the next month to get through this busy period. He has undoubted ability but seemed to lack durability and a bit of confidence at times last season. He will get plenty of minutes if he continues to produce like he did last night and he might even enable Klopp to give Salah a much needed rest.
He had a very good season last season for me, in the limited amount of game time he got. He did much better than I expected he would do, after we signed him for £15 (or whatever it was) from a relegated Stoke. I'm not sure why he hasn't started since May, Klopp didn't seem to know that apparently. He was injured at times, but Klopp just didn't seem to fancy him to start at other stages imo. I've always been backing him and asking about his whereabouts. He's not a Salah or a Mane imo, and not up to Coutinho's level when he played for us, but he's a talented player and definitely someone worth keeping at the club - in contrast to some comments on here earlier in the year.
Best of luck to him, he's probably going to get more game time if he moves on, while we could do with an upgrade.
