Think binge watching everything has damaged my brain to a point where I struggle to keep up when I have to wait a week. If I hadn't of watched season 5 again a couple of weeks before this one started I'd be fucked altogether.

I've not watched a single episode of Line of Duty, and I've never seen it mentioned on social media etc, so haven't seen any spoilers (other than I know the main actor makes it all the way to the current season, so any plot lines with his life in danger would be dusted). Is it actually as good as they make out it is on the radio?

Have you watched The Bodyguard? It’s by same writer and only one season. I enjoyed it and Line of Duty is essentially six seasons like that.

Would love to be starting it again from beginning.

Again with @babbsnads that I had to read back on season 5 as I couldn’t remember what exactly happened in that series compared to the others.

With Game of Thrones, Billions and Ray Donovan I usually watch the last episode of the previous series.

I'm definitely in the minority elvis but I don't get why it is so popular. We watched the first season and it was good, nothing better than any other procedural. People still do very stupid things for no other apparent reason than to advance the plot. Same for The Bodyguard. Maybe the writer just doesn't click with us and it is obviously hugely popular so they won't be needing our one extra viewing. Absolutely watchable. Next level, up with top shows, not anywhere even close for me.

I haven't enjoyed the new series to be honest, the abbreviations are getting ridiculous and the catchphrases from Hastings. I was happy to see Carmichael make a reappearance, she was a great character.
For me Davidson is the worst main character of any of the series' to date.

    For the racing buffs.
Just noticed a doc this evening @ 10 oclock on bbc4 "Being AP"
Cameras following APmcoy in his last season as he appears to get 300 winners in a season.
Posting it here coz bbc4 is a bit of an obscure channel.
    It's on after the snooker

It’s a good show, got it on DVD years ago. Shows the lengths he went to make weight.

I really enjoyed the first few seasons as it was something fresh and different although I believe other shows have since tried to recreate the format.
After season 3 or 4 I was growing tired of the same formula being repeated each season.
Will watch the new one but I'm expecting the same old same old again.

    For All Mankind S02

Decent, not quite as good as S01, but a 7/10 nonetheless.

Finally got around to starting Bosch.

One of the best shows I have watched recently. Tried The Americans, was very slow and motivation to watch a few in a row was slow.

Watched First season in less than 24 hours and powering through season 2. A lot of familiar faces from The Wire. Six seasons so will keep me going for a while.

Mare of Eastwood. Very good watch so far.

Bit like an American version of Sarah Lancashires Happy Valley.

Watched the first two episodes and it is good, if pretty bleak. The comparison to Happy Valley is a good shout actually in terms of the tone of it. Kate Winslet is a bloody good actor.

Watched the first episode of the new season and all the CHIS, OBS, TA, SIO, ARV, DIR really got on my TiTs.
I know they are going for realism but I've had enough of it with the previous seasons.
The dialogue in the interogation scenes is mind numbingly banal.

Used to like Hastings and Arnott but I find both of them annoying now.
Show has run it's course for me and has been binned.

I've no doubt it has been mentioned on here before but I've been watching fleabag the last few days, very good.
Olivia Coleman is quality in it.
