Mustve been an "other half conspiracy" Ron, We watched it here on Saturday night too. Good yarn although Anne Hathaway's "dracula" accent was......odd to say the least

Watched the new jack Charlton film last night, very good. Very sad at times, dementia is a terrible thing. Great footage of the squad back at the hotel singing after the Italy game in 1990, never seen that before.

I'm a fan of Christopher Nolan and Tenet did not disappoint.
Complete mind bender though so I can see why some people hate it.
Will probably be an easier watch after multiple viewings.

This might be 2019 but The Gentlemen is probably one of the best films I've watched in a long time.

There's a new Irish comedy out called 'Pixie' with Alex Baldwin and Colm Meaney in it that's also worth a watch.

    Watched pixie last night.
Not too xabi, reminded me of hot fuzz with all the priests tooled up.
Soul is very good, really enjoyed it.

    Watched "Monster Hunter" last night.
Stars Mila Jovovich of Resident Evil franchise fame, Tony Jaa (stuntman extraordinaire) and Ron Perlman (Hellboy)

The latest in a list of movies based on Video games, but this time they went with one of the bigger titles of the past few years, and to be honest they pretty much nailed it. CGI is excellent, and its 80% action scenes, 20% dialogue - much as you'd expect from the stars.

If youre after 90 minutes of "doesnt require much thought - we're just along for the ride" would certainly recommend it.

    A solid 7/10

Looking forward to this one. I loved the Resident Evil movies (most of them anyway) so hopefully MH is just as fun and silly.
Same director as the RE movies and he just so happens to be Mila's husband.
Gotta keep his wife in work.

Also fun and silly is Boss Level. It didn't have an IMDB rating when I watched it, which is usually a bad sign but it was surprisingly entertaining.
Frank Grillo , Mel Gibson, Naomi Watts are in it.

Watched 21 Bridges and Da 5 Bloods over the weekend. Both good shows, the second one a bit long
