Great win for us (Drogheda) tonight. I still see this as another 3 points towards safety. I reckon another 2 wins and we're safe. After that, anything is a bonus. Great to see Dinny back. And Pats fans, thanks for Darragh Markey. Lovely baller.
Couldn't have got a tougher draw than v Slovan Bratislava really, but hey ho, we'll give it a lash. Home in the second leg gives us the tiniest of squeaks. If we do lose,(which is highly likely) at least we got a bye into the 3rd round of the Vauxhall Conference league qualifiers Slovakia is on the green list and we're on theirs, but UEFA in their infinite wisdom, decided to ban all away fans from qualifiers this summer, decision was made last October??? The world has moved on a tad since then, when you look at a full house in Budapest yesterday, would do your nut in.
Both bohs and georgies excellent form continues. Rovers should have been out if sight after 15 but bohs grew into it from there and Georgie took his half chance expertly. Looked a certain offside mind buy swings and roundabouts for that desperate red and pen out in Tallaght so I won't complain. Rovers missing a goals scorer badly in that team.
Have a look at this and enjoy former player Joseph Ndo co-comentating https://fai.us18.list-manage.com/track/click?u=67e524e5a6ebc3f6590f643f1&id=6476566ea4&e=a4031530a4
Unfortunately the bit o'red came a cropper - lost 2-1 this evening. Can concentrate on the league now!!
What a performance. What a day. Keith Buckley was outstanding. Tierney and Devoy are onto big big things in the game. Andy lyons too.
I was around town for a few hours yesterday and it was great seeing all the people I'm bohs gear heading towards Dublin 4 A fine performance I believe.
Well done Bohs, a great result and Devoy looks a real prospect. Best of luck to them in the next round. And also to whoever Dundalk are playing
