    Anyone any contact details for Airbnb? Just had my Airbnb cancelled. Despite they taking the funds from my account today . Seemingly an electrical fault in the building. I have my doubts

    This happened to me 2 years ago for Liverpool v Leeds in Efl cup quarter final.
    They gave the exact same reason as you.
    I have never used Air bnb since but alot of people swear by it.
    Maybe it was just bad luck but like you I had my doubts.

    Used Airbnb for the Porto game and had to cancel. Worse experience I've had with Airbnb and I don't know if I'd use it again. Lucky enough we got a hotel on the day.

    I've used it a few times and thankfully had joy issues

    It can work out far better than hotels for certain times

    Well airbnb wer of some assistance. They gave me additional credit on top of what my original purchase was besause I said this was the second cacellation i had got. I also expressed my fustration and said I would never use airbnb agian and I would not be recommending them to anyone slse.The guy was helpful and understanding. He said that hosts are fined for late cancellations and they are not alloed to readvertise their property again for those dates. They then gave me 3 links to propertys still available. So i made a booking. Hopefully this one stays true. Its down near the echo arena.

    The one we had major issues with was at the ECHO arena. If you want to DM me a picture of the property I can confirm if it's the same one.

    Oh no. Dont say that sully. The host seems genuine. Have contact for them and they have plenty of good reviews.

    I have used booking.com loads of times over the years. I had 2 issues with them and they were brilliant to deal with, so I always try to use them.
