hows everyones antepost bets looking.anyone got one at a bigger price than currently available.what do you see as the current best bets.iv had one bet antepost so far.i backed hebridean for the triumph before he made his hurdling debut.it appears now he wont be going to cheltenham so iv got nothing to shout about there.

Luckily for me I got word for Zaynar before his race with Hebridean! :p

€25 ew at 25/1. Lookin good so far, best priced 7/2 now. A friend of mine who gave me the tip has €100 ew at 33s, and €50 ew at 28s. :) He has laid most of it off now, but im sticking to my guns.

Fancy Walkon in this race. 2nd to Zaynar two races ago but was giving 7lbs, still 10/1.

    Hacked up last time out..

And has been steadily backed since, now only 7/1 at best with the bookies, not sure about the exchanges.

We should all back Walkon (with hope in your heart) :D
Starluck could be interseting in this race as well.

    Arkle

Tranquil Sea on Betfair is at 59s to win. considering last years Punchestown form when it beat Trafford Lad and Fiveforthree, this is a way overpriced horse for the Arkle.

Hasn't been seen since he ran a stinker in fairyhouse back in November.
Any word on him since that day? Also he's been stepped up to 2.5 miles since he went chasing.
Could be one for Punchestown again this year as he didn't seem to run up to his form last year in the supreme novice. Led 2 out and faded up the hill last year if i remember. Then again if he does go there i'll have to back him as O'Grady doesn't send over Donkeys for the day out :D

Backed Sizing Europe at 10's, not sure what he is now but I imagine its more than 10's. He'll need a wind operation to get back to his best so I may as well bin my slip.

Ebadiyan looks the business and I have him at 25.

I was disappointed with his jumping Signora. Lucky not to go at the first. The positives to take out of the race is he looks like he'd relish a strongly run race like the Triumph, as the slow pace of Saturday's race clearly didnt suit. He'll also be schooled better over hurdles I'd imagine.

All in all, I wouldnt back him at his current price, but happy enough at the price I got him. Wouldn't be confident of collecting at this stage though.

Wasn't impressed at all really with Zaynar, confident Walk On could beat him.

Master minded is a machine, best horse i've seen in years. Backed Twist Magic a few times now but to no avail.

Thought Calgary Bay was very impressive too seeing as he doesn't like tracks liek that. Should be fave for Cheltenham.

Yeah very impressive this year so far anyway, nothing could get near it in either start.

walkon wins again today.looking at 5s now as far as i heard.big bucks changed the loom of the world hurdle market.getting 8lbs and the ground not in punchestowns favour so looking forward to the rematch now.

Came second last year to Inglis Drever as a 6 year old. That form alone would be enough but he also ran a few cracking races on the flat last summer back in France including a group 3 success. He's my bet of this years festival.
