Yeah I went last year and thought it was good - only thing was I thought it was a bit steep. From what I remember we would have got a lovely meal in a restaurant with wine n all for what we spent! - between your ticket in and then €5 each for every sample you get. It was a good experience, but don't know if I'd go out of me way to go again. Though if work are paying for it then happy days!. If the weather is nice it'll be great craic

My sister was thinking of going this year but she thought it was too pricey. I think the general entry fee is €20 and then its between €5 and €8 per sample.
Gary Rhodes is going to be there and his food is awesome. Im not really into Ramsey's food myself and those that I know who have been to his restaurant at the Ritz have not been overly impressed. (Good but not worth the money.)

I thought the food in the Ritz C was quality, its being cooked by a lad called Paul Carroll, who worked for Ramsay for years. Only been once mind you, but I think a lot of the negative reviews when it opened were unfair..

As for Taste of Dublin, there's plenty of free grub (and wine!) to be had if you spend your time checking out all the food stalls as well as the restaurant ones. Going on Sunday myself.
