Very tight going into the final over in Clontarf! http://en.cricnama.com/pakistan-vs-ireland-1st-odi-live-streaming/
Game finishes in a tie.Thought Ireland lost by 1 run for a few minutes there. Shame that there's not a super over.
Great stuff. There's an IrishKop Cricket Day out for the England One Day International in Malahide in September planned for anyone who wants in
Cracking day out with the Blarney Army for anyone that can make it.I will be away myself but been at a few RSA Internationals in Clontarf over the years and really enjoyed them.
oh ffs imagine all us turning up on the funbus, meself and northside red bollixed out of it in our nips singing divynils in a cricket club in malahide paddser
Sept 3rd Ger, it's on a Tuesday. There are 5 different stands for this and it's assigned seating. If this is going to happen it might be no harm doing some sort of block booking and get everyone in together.
Im emailing them tomorrow to see can we get a group rate, bring our own "Cool Box" (for that read kegs), and see is there Ground entrance rather than the Stands. With none advertised I'm not sure, but reckon once we're in we can do what we want. Can see the Funbus doing shuttles from Dublin for most of the morning.
I wouldn't mind going to this. Wouldn't be a big cricket fan but I'd watch Ireland v England in anything and I'm also a big fan of drinking on a Tuesday afternoon.
Might be a good opportunity to branch out to Tuesday morning as well as it starts at 1030. Always a decent day out.
Was wondering why the cricket pitch was in such good nick the last few weeks. Walk by it everyday its in great nick.. No stands or seats or anything though.
