    my da told me these. spurs in 51 and everton in 1932.

    this is a guess, i think ipswich done it the year we got promoted from the old second division

    Yes thats them all...

    Liverpool in 1906
    Everton in 1932
    Spurs in 1951
    Ipswich Town in 1962
    Nottingham Forest in 1978.
