quick question,im thinking of switching over to eircom broadband and i know they operate a three strikes rule for illegal downloads but does that cover watching the game on the likes of p2p and iraq goals??
Not that I am aware of - they say that they operate the 3 strikes rule for those who upload files illegally - can't see how they can stop you watching what you want to in the privacy of your own bedroom....ahhem!
nope at the moment, the three strike rule only applies to the sharing (uploading and downloading) of music torrents. Films and TV arent an issue either at the moment as they only have the agreement in place with the music companies
I have the 3g broad band i have no problem watching the matches with this and it only costs 19.99 per month.
Unless they've a particularly good value package .... Why bother dealing with them, if they won't allow you to do what others will ? Check out one or two of the price comparison websites to get your best deal mate.
cheers for the replys lads its probably gonna end up like the stair gate i finally put up upstairs today though i wont get round to looking into it for a few months!!!
