    Oh I'd love to sit back and watch him do the business

    But I'd have a hard time cheering him on

    Can only assume that the OP is talking about the fact that he came out today against his former club, claiming the young players were money obsessed;

    "Even the young lads are so polite. I'm actually quite shocked with that. At City they're not like that. They're coming in with £10,000 watches on their wrists and walking around as if they have played 200 Premier League games."

    He's probably talking a lot of truth but given the fact he hasn't exactly been shy with flashing the cash himself, its a bit difficult to really give anything that comes out of the mans mouth any substance. That's not mentioning the whole 'granny-gate' of course.

    Rat faced s***ehawk in my book, wouldn't want him anywhere near our club.

    I wouldn't want him playing for Ireland again.He's burnt his bridges as far as I'm concerned and would be a disruptive influence on the rest of the squad.
    Not doubting his footballing ability but he's an absolute nutcase.

    Very true. I think he has a dig at trap and brady over a meeting they had last year saying it was bizar and that the fai never made him feel welcome since he started playing. Nut job.

    If and i stress IF these quotes are from the horse's mouth the he's a disgrace:

    "If I can't get a move in January then I need to look at the summer and playing for Ireland will at least put me in the shop window."

    To pull on the jersey of your national team to put yourself in the shop window is a shocking thing to do let alone come out and admit it. What a fool - will he ever mature

    Dont doubt for a second he said it. Wouldnt take him back as he is not dependable, he'll get dogs abuse and quite right too first game at home and will probably quit again or get a decent more from Villa and quit again.

    The dressing room doesnt need him.
