I know we have a carling cup match tomorrow but like many of you I am sure you feel this match to be the most important. (I'm also hoping rafa lets the fringe players and players on their way back from injury play in the C.C match)

    reina
    Finnan carra sami arbeloa
    yossi/gerrard lucas masch/gerrard babel/riise
    kuyt
    Crouch

Think we have underused crouch this season. He offers us something really unique and he played really well against arsenal I thought.

Also think Lucas should get his game, I know its against Blackburn and a certain long blonde haired opponent will be trying to break ankles, but I'd rather have someone who can pass the ball and keep us moving rather than a super destructo team of masch and momo.

Really tough match and blackburn have been in good form. McCarthy in particular.

I still reckon a 0-2 nil win from us.

think Masch may struggle to be fit for this. leaving us with an option of 2 from Gerrard, Lucas and Momo. Gerrard and Lucas are both more offensive orientated meaning Momo will almost definately play. In fact, all 3 might play.

2-0 might be a hoping for too much,

Blackburn are really in form at the minute, McCarthy and Santa Cruz are working well together, id be happy with a 1-0 win but in fairness away at ewood park is no easy game.

Hope crouch annd kuyt play together, and i want to see babel get a chance on the right wing. Need a result here to kick our season back on track

This will be a lot more physical than the ars game which is why i can see Momo starting with stevie in the middle. Think he might go with 1 up front (Kuyt) though would like to see him play Crouchy up there with him. Maybe have to settle for another point but heres hoping for a morale boosting win!

really tough game here.blackburn only been beaten once in the leauge so.....................i'd settle for a scrappy 1-0 here but it will be very tough.the brother follows blackburn so..................i don't expect it to be pretty.we will see.

yes i would also like to see crouch start.lets hope he gets to play some part 2morrow aswell maybe 45 even.hie match fittness must be in question seen as he's not played much this season.so we will need to play with widh if crouch is to start.he had 3 good chances against blacburn last season.lets hope its same again and lets hope he can finish them off.:D

Sorry to be pessamistic, but I think we could lose here. We battered them last year but had no luck. They are playing better this year and with Agger, out McCarthy and Santa Cruz will cause us problems. I think we need to win. A draw will leave us a long way off if either united of scum if either (united 2-1 I think) win

Tough game this, and as has already been pointed out, a draw might just not be good enough for us. Its going to take some mighty performance to come out of this one with max points. At this stage, I'd settle for a point if it meant coming away with no more injuries.

I definitely wont be happy with just a point. Blackburn will be playing to win which will open up the game for us. If they were at Anfield they would probably play 10 men behind the ball which we seem to have trouble with. With Arsenal/Utd (hopefully both) dropping points this weekend I really feel we must take advantage.

Any kind of win at Blackburn considering the lack of luck last Stephen's day and their form since would be a great result here IMO. My best mates a Blackburn fan so I can't enjoy this game any year to be honest.
On a side note- Crouchie needs to prove himself now again- show some form!!

3 points under any circumstances is fine by me, if we can get 6 points before the international break we'd be set up nicely.

Would definately take a draw in this one with Torres out. Saying that we have the players to win this one so if we can keep their front two quiet, and Bentleys out i think, so lets have a go and nick 3pts after last years robbery

Blackburn are playing well at the moment, Hughes has done a very good job there. It will be a very tough one but 3 points are a must to give us a boost to kick on from. I think we will win this one 2-0. Its time to get those clean sheets going again it used to be like that almost every week. Yossi to start and score Crouch with the other:)
