Anne Williams Hope for Hillsborough Fri May 28, 2010 12:51 pm The Labour government put a panel in place to help families find hidden docs, I do not need hidden docs even though a lot of families do to find out what happened to there loved ones after 3.15pm. I have found out what happened to Kevin and in doing so uncovered the big can of worms, the panel know all this, they are there to do a rep...ort on what went wrong at Hillsborough and then submit it to the Home office, I will work with the panel to make sure all the fraud and perverting the course of JUSTICE goes down in there report. I have written to Gordon Brown he wrote back and sent my evidence to the ministry of JUSTICE to deal with, I have never heard back, I sent a dossier to Maria Eagle MP Andy Burnham MP last April not one of them would acknowledge they had recieved my bundles all sent recorded delivery. I them made an ap[pointment to see Maria Eagle Min of justice in September last year, I and my lawyer and my daughter sat with Maria Eagle for over an hour discusssing all the evidence I have and I asked Maria Eagle would she back me with an new memorial to go to the Attorney General, we had press outside and maria Eagle asked me what I was going to say to the press, if I kept my mouth shut she said she would have a word with the Attorney General she also told me I was right Hillsborough is a cover up and agreed with everything I threw at her, But 20 years on you can not bring these people back, I new then we are going to get stitched up, nobody will listern to my evidence. I wrote to Alan Johnson in January this year sending him all the evidence and asking him to meet me and my lawyer to discuss the behaviour of the corrupt West Midland police who have put pressure on witnesses to change the signs of life in Kevin and suppress vital evidence at Kevin's inquest and hide ambulances away. I revieved my reply on the 7th April this year thankiing me for working with the Hillsborough panel the questions I had raised in my letter I had also spoke to the panel about so he said Leave it at THAT. as the Home Sec in charge of the Police Alan Johnson should have been shouting for an inquiry into the behaviour of West Midland Police this is criminal. Nobody would listern when all the evidence had been send to them, they do not want Hillsborough opened it is a big can of worms, so many people worked together to cover up the truth. I have the truth i want JUSTICE, lets see what the conservatives will so ( if anything) I will be sending the new government all the evidence. My barrister will be preparing a new draft to go to the Attorney General asking for a new inquest into Kevin's death, the govrnment under section 13 of the coroners act can not stop me submitting, they can block me when I submit, we wont let this happen. Please support HFH we not going away until JUSTICE is served for the 96, if Kevin gets a new inquest it will run to 4.00pm when he died and open the 3.15pm cut off time, that is why the last 4 memorials have been refused even though though the evidence is clearly there. Just set up a donation box for this , applied for a licence which seems straight forward even tho it will take a few weeks to come thru. Donations will be collected every 2 months and passed onto the relevant organisation.
Anne Posted the following on her facebook page today I have heard from sauces which I can not reveal that the report from the Hillsborough panel is going to be another stitch up, we the HFH have the evidence to call for another inquiry we can name names, suppressing evidence, perverting the course of JUSTICE changing witnesses satements. We will not go away until we get the TRUTH and JUSTICE for the cover up.

THE independent panel trawling through previously-hidden Hillsborough documents will examine what happened after 3.15pm on the day of the disaster for the first time. Many bereaved families and survivors believe their loved ones were still alive after the cut-off time imposed by Sheffield coroner Dr Stefan Popper in the initial 1991 inquest – and could have been saved, had they been given proper medical assistance. A doctor – Ed Walker – came forward in 1997 to say some victims were still breathing after 4pm. Justice chiefs confirmed that the Hillsborough Independent Panel, which has been studying secret papers since being convened by the government a year ago, will “analyse all documents” relating to the 1989 tragedy. Campaign groups today labelled the breakthrough “a giant step forward” to finally seeking justice for the 96 Reds fans killed on the Leppings Lane terrace. The exclusion of post-3.15pm evidence had until now prevented any meaningful inquiry into the emergency response. Margaret Aspinall, spokeswoman for the Hillsborough Family Support Group, lost her son James, 18, that day. She said: “From the very start at the first inquest, the 3.15pm cut-off time affected everybody. We kept asking them to look at it, but they wouldn’t budge. “Now, they’ve promised to scrutinise every document, which is absolutely great news. “Hopefully, we’ll finally get to the real truth of what happened at Hillsborough.” The long-awaited announcement was revealed to Anne Williams, whose 15-year-old son, Kevin, died at the stadium after 3.15pm.
Very sad. Anne has been trying for justice from day 1 along with others and really hope they get it 1 day soon. As she said tho the truth will prob never be released as it will open up a can of worms and that would be a very big can as it is a massive cover up.
