There will be no penalty to Suarez

Managing legal and legitimate policy undertaken by the officers of the Association in defense of Luis Suarez and unjustified attempt to subject to disciplinary action by playing the game occurred in Chile vs. Uruguay has successfully completed, with the decision of the FIFA Disciplinary Committee, which resolved that "the matter does not require the intervention of the FIFA Disciplinary Committee and therefore are declared closed discplinario this proceeding. "

So reads verbatim the communication received today addressed to the Executive Secretary of our Association Porf. Fernando Caceres.
The letter is signed by the Deputy Secretary of the Disciplinary Commission, Jose Rodriguez and the same requests to be informed the player Luis Suarez of resolution, even when he took the precaution to send the communication also your legal representative.

There is satisfaction in all areas of football so - it is understood - is a resolution of strict justice. Retrieved our President Dr. Sebastian Bauza said "First of all it seems a very buna news for Luis, for selection and ultimately to the whole group. We understand that Luis now, should realize that will be viewed from all sides and hopefully this experience - together with others - will be really useful to be the player we all want it to be, we also know it is - because we have no doubt of his quality football and human - and now we can enjoy the clean this we need him and all members of our beloved Celeste " .

In the end we added: "I want to especially thank Dr. Anibal de Olivera, our Secretary General, for his effective legal work and in him to all colleagues of the Executive Council for their unconditional support and all the leaders and employees of our Association. "

Translated from the link as it was in Spanish.

Luis Suarez admits that would be hard to say no to Real Madrid. Given the information have emerged in recent days about the interest of the white team, the Uruguayan player was asked on the radio program 'Sport890'.

Striker 'red' admits he is happy at Liverpool, but his year has been difficult for him and his family so it opens the door to a possible solution. "I have a contract with Liverpool, but it would be very difficult to say no to Real Madrid." "I am happy at Liverpool, I love the city, but this year has been difficult for me, for my wife and my daughter."

Is this near Madrid team? Have you talked to your representative?

The desire to succeed in large teams is always there. I talked to my agent, there is nothing concrete, illusion and say no to Madrid will always be difficult, and more to a team like that. I have contract at Liverpool but tell him to Madrid is very difficult. Rumor lot in this transfer period. You never know until you see the offers available.

Have you worn your stay at Liverpool?

I am grateful to Liverpool, I am happy because of the fans. I made a mistake, I am a human, but has spoken to me in ways that should not be, my family has suffered and past boundaries. I'm tired. My daughter and my wife have suffered. I am not prepared to continue suffering British journalists.

If I may be going to another league and the Spanish?

I Love Liverpool, but if there is a chance to play somewhere else ... I suffered a lot as a child to get where I am and to be being crushed by the British press unfairly. Not appreciate me as a player, just my attitude.

Does the club still insists he stay?

Yes, they have always said. I talked to the coach and he knows what I want, was a player. There are colleagues who understand my situation, and that's that.

Cavani, one of the two end in Madrid ...

It is a pride for the people of Uruguay that one has the opportunity to go to Madrid. We have to wait until something concrete, and things get further. That means we're both doing a great job.

Guardiola's brother negotiate with the Madrid ... would negotiate with Madrid?

When a team wants a player looks at the player, not a representative.

    interesting Ron.
My first reaction is fcuk him. He signed a deal to play for us, he has a contract with us and I don't think him pimping himself to Madrid is the correct way for him to act.
Why not simply say I'm a liverpool player and leave it at that?

He was castigated and hung out to dry for the Evra thing alright but just when he had turned the corner and the press at large were warming to him he goes and bites someone, I don't give two fcuks no matter where he does something like that the press will crucify him be it England, Italy Brazil or bloody Australia,. The bad press over the last 2 months was ALL his own doing.

Luis has a trait to answer questions very honestly. Last year in an interview he said that he would love to play along side Diego Lugano which was interpreted by the press as meaning that he would be interested in a move to PSG. There was no lost in translation. He said exactly that but it did not mean that was him off to PSG

Some interesting tweets on this timeline @Fydsy whose wife is a professional translator who translated the radio interview as opposed to the headline attracting story from AS as reported above.

    Tweets

Suarez has said what's being reported - and a bit more. he loves Liverpool, has his contract and implies he wants protection.

He doesn't want his family having another year like last year at the hands of the press.

More: The questions are leading and the tone of Suarez is deferential and humble about other clubs as it always is. He is very diplomatic

More: It's clear he wants the club to protect him (needs to work on that himself, too) but the key is in the questions.

The Luis Suarez debate will rage on as we can't offer CL football and those who have the money to buy him have! It matters not what the player says the British media wikll be doing their utmost to create a story on a man they just love to write about.

Suarez despite all his misdemeanours is a loyal man who just loves playing football and is very private and a family man. My own hunch would be this, he loves LFC and would love to be competing at the top level with the football club. We have stood by him through all the conroversy and I have no doubt he will repay that by committing himself to at least another season. Unlike Torres towards the end of his LFC career there is no sign of unhappiness or discontent.

I guess the decision lies with the player and I can see no reason why the club would want to sell. Yes you'd get big bucks but we'll struggle to replace him and ultimately put us back yeaqrs in our attempt to get back to top and CL. Real Madridlike Barcelona generally set aside a couple of marquee names to but each summer and I see no reason why Suarez wouldn't be on any such list. However I can't see him going just yet.

BR has us moving in the right direction and if we have a good summer window I see no reason why we can't be challenging next season. That said the Celta Vigo striker isn't going to wet my lips, however he may be another Coutinho. We need to see the likes of Ericksen and the Greek CB coming in to improve our first 11 instead of filling up with squad players.

This story will rumbleon all summer no doubt and I see no reason why the club should come out and make a statement every time the press report something. There'll be some money splashed by Man City, Man Utd and Chelsea not to mention PSG, Monaco, Barcelona and Real this summer and we have to hope that the club will provide BR with the cash required to push us on.

Suarez could play for anyone so we are very lucky to have him. I can see him back at LFC in the bnew season, let's just hope he is playing in a stronger team once he serves the remaining 6 games of his ban.

@petejenson: Suarez agent has told me his comments are product of frustration: “He is fine at Liverpool but recent times have been tough for him” 1/2

@petejenson: 2/2 Says “There is nothing more in it” also makes point – player says it would be hard to turn down Barça/Madrid … normal really

Lads let it go. The guy is a winner and why the hell would he stick around a side showing no real signs of progress. Even if Rodgers pulls off a miracle it will be 3-4 years before we can challenge for a title no top player will hang about for that. This is the modern game and the business it has become. Players show zero loyalty anymore its just the way it is. Lets hope we get the best possible fee for him.
