"Dear Supporter, Thank you for your email regarding your tickets for the Jamie Carragher testimonial match to be played at Anfield on Saturday, 4th of September 2010. All tickets purchased up to and including 26th August 2010 have now been dispatched and should arrive with you shortly. Tickets purchased after this date are currently being dispatched. Should you not received your tickets by 12 noon on Thursday, please call our Customer Services team on 0843 170 5000, where they can organise duplicate tickets to be printed for you. These can be collected from our Ticket Office at Anfield. Please note that you will need to provide the credit card used to purchase the tickets, along with name and address identification. The Ticket Office will be open from 9am and it is highly advisable that you collect your tickets as early as you can in order to avoid delays and/or late entry into the stadium.
