we have no problems with you requesting tickets but your not gonna be the only one asking and people who are on the site longer will get preference so we issued the rule that you need 30 posts and be on the site a month as its only fair on the people who are on the site longer. Feel free to post more and get involved in some topics and conversations and people will have no problem in helping you out as they do for many others on the site.
