Kabak best performance for me. We were dog shit for big parts of that game with Fab factor theory in the bin Wolves were shocking.
Poor performance but fuck it, good 3 points. Would have felt like a very long break if we hadn't of won that, but can relax now for the couple of weeks.
Hope wolves keeper is OK. But we where not great, if we learn to bloody shoot we might score more. Nice to get a league win. Phillips and kabak was brilliant
Not a very enjoyable watch. Nice goal and the CBs were very good. Very nervy at the end, Ali looked a bit dodgy too. Good to get a win all the same
Still lacking that cutting edge in the final third but wolves were poor aswell. Thought Philips looked good again.
Just watching the post match interviews, Santo soulding fairly positive that the worst is over.. hopefully so. Didn't think we were great, (albeit the two CDs did reasonably well, as did a few of the others) , but that doesn't really matter given the way this season has gone - any win, has to be considered a good win.
Important win but we were average and poor at the end. Delighted with the three points that were badly needed.
Had to laugh at one point tonight. Saiss, already on a yellow card gets sold short by his keeper and lunges in on Thiago who got there first and would of been in a very dangerous position. Nailed on bookable offence, which obviously the ref bottled. Martin Tyler's Reaction? "Thiago needs to be careful,he's on a booking"
Thiagos booking by the way that the commentators put down to persistent fouling was his second foul of the game.
They kept mentioning a peno for wolves too when Ali came out for the ball after 2 minutes. No mention of mane staying up on his feet again.
There was a 3rd that they played on for, the foul on Moutinho. Booking was totally fair. Ref had a good game, I think he's one of the few competent ones.
Wolves have lost their last nine Premier League games vs Liverpool, their joint-longest losing run versus a side in their league history alongside nine consecutive defeats vs Brighton between 1979-1989. That's some record considering how good Wolves have been under Nuno.
