Looking at getting my own sub renewed. The 1 I had for last season was fine for the most part except would start acting up the minute I'd try watching champions league on bt sport!
What's this one like for movies and tv shows? Which app do they use??

Have you restarted lately. Might need to refresh the playlist. I usually do it once a week

So Virgin have launched a pretty remarkable TV and Broadband deal for 12 months including Sky Sports for €55 a month. I haven't read the fine print yet to check if I'm eligible as a current broadband customer but if I am then I would be able to get the TV and sports package on top of my current broadband only package for €1.50.

Yeah my mother rang up complaining like mad about all the messing with BT saying she was cancelling. They knocked 8 quid of the bill and then she got the 10 quid for BT and Premier Sport. Not a bad deal

    Haven’t lost BT yet??

When I do I’ll be calling Sky to get a fair wedge knocked off. Paying €110.5 a month as it is.

Was getting BT for free with eir broadband.

Sky Sports for just a euro (non-HD) for new customers for a year though.

Would imagine you could get this deal as a current customer.

I've never paid full price for Virgin. Only €47 a month for TV & Broadband at the moment. I would be with Sky only for the broadband being so good on Virgin.

Only thing is watching non-HD is painful quality wise especially when on a 60''.

Do they not offer Sky Sports in HD? I read the link and can't see anything about it.

They do, but not included in the 1€ deal they have at the moment. Can't seem to find it on their site now, but I think it was at least 20€ extra on top again
