Disaster of a summer. To start the weekend with that defense and still mignolet is shocking. Who's accountable?

That's on Jurgen. After 100 games he still thinks Mingolet, Lovren and Moreno are good enough. To compound it he makes 2 sub's that all but end our attacking threat and says go on Watford, there's 5 minutes to see if you can break us down. Why oh why would you invite pressure onto that sham?

Next couple of weeks in the transfer window will tell us all about the direction the club is headed. The owners and the manager step up and give us a fighting chance or we continue to be happy banging around 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th place for the foreseeable future.

We've targeted the correct players in Van and Keita but we need alternatives brought in , if we cant them .

Whilst I thought the same thing at the time, the third goal is winaldums fault! Gomez, TTA would be involved front post?

Mignolet will never be a top keeper, Ward shud be given a chance now, can't be any worse, karius not an option imo

I agree. Why fuck about with the back 4 with 2 mins to go. Bring on Gomez for a midfielder fine.

it's laughable but entirely predictable- a friend asked how I thought the game would go beforehand- I said, same old, we'll have great attacking play, won't take enough chances to win, concede shocking goals, sit back for the last 10mins & invite on a late equalizer! - i was hoping I would be wrong but it just happened and IT WILL KEEP HAPPENING ! FCUK the whole lot of them! ....

If it was Rodgers he would be slaughtered but because its Kloop its okay. If you had been on Mars for last couple years you would think Rodgers was still manager in how we defend and the personnel we have.

It's the small details that count. Gomez comes on cold, give away a stupid free first thing he does. Mignolet should have saved the shot on goal instead of Nancy palm away. I played in goal for a long time and my manager would have had me on toast for not taking that into the body. That's why he is not a top class keeper.

Gigi not brave enough for the corner. Put the body on the line and get it out.

A lot of calls for offside. Looked level.

Probably didn't deserve to win anyway.

Maybe the wake up call required to get reinforcements in at the back and centre midfield.

With all due respect mate I can recognise a player not getting enough on a header because hes afraid of getting a smack when I see it.

I blame the manager and his staff, not the players. They aren't that bad. Plenty of clubs are better at defending with players who are far worse than ours are, on paper at least. Decent coaching staff, and a proper leader at the back who will know how to organise things is the bare minimum.
