Snowfall is quality, just finished on BBC2.
Cheers for this. End up watching the two seasons over a couple of days while sick this last week.
Just finished this last night. I was disappointed when I got to episode 7 to realise there was only one more episode.
I had it in my head there were 13.
I'd highly recommend this.
Anybody watch anything similar that they would recommend?
Murder One I remember enjoying. Was a big budget show in the 90s. Not sure if it was Stanley Tucci's first big gig
The night of was one of the best shows I've seen in a long time, perhaps because it was short and not an extended version of itself they could really focus on the quality of each episode.
Going to watch one of my favourite series again from scratch starting this week. Letting Twitter decide which one. One episode a week. Already did it with The Wire a few years ago and it was mad how much I looked
Forward to that one episode on a Saturday morning it’s the small things in life
6 episodes into The Tunnel on Sky Atlantic / boxsets. Very good so far. Slightly concerned it's got to 3 series but a lad I'd trust tells me it maintains the standard...
I am 100% robbing this idea.
One episode a week, that's no where near enough of a fix for me mate
(I'd actually go for The Wire again btw, it's class and there's more than enough going on in the show to keep your attention for a 3rd or 4th viewing).
Anyone watching Designated Survivor ?
I'm a little late to the party as it's 2 seasons in, but just started watching it recently and while there's a touch of the old 24 meets West Wing to it, I'm really enjoying it.
I'm up to date on this and really enjoyed it, any word of a 3rd season?
The first time around I watched the whole of The Wire in one month. In particular season 3 and 4 I watched so many back to back it was like a blur. Picked up so much more just watching 1 a week for a year. Sky Atlantic we’re doing it so just watched it on catch up every Saturday morning. Hoping Breaking Bad wins. The later seasons I watched weekly but first three so watched in about a month.
Think there is the rest of S02 to come first mate, remember it runs for about 20 episodes a season .. just did a quick search and it looks like the second half of S02 will air from 28th Feb in the USA, Netflix UK will have it from sometime in March.
Even if you stay true to whatever gets voted top choice, you could still watch this again along with whatever else gets picked
Thanks for that, not long away so, currently re watching suits so that’ll tie me over
Suits is good alright.
I'm also a half dozen episodes into The Punisher, enjoying it so far and no sign of the usual Marvel comic type spacemen etc.
Suits got very repetitive for me. Harvey can do no wrong storylines just got on my wick. Gave up after season 3 or 4.
Derry girls is brilliant so far.
Will check that out, never heard of it before now.
Nice one, I did think season 2 well whats on Netlfix was a bit short.
