    Great news if true Babbs.

He is a proper CF but has a lovely touch too. I havent seen as much of him this season but "only" €32m is well worth a punt.

I think Klopp will change 1 of the front 3 next season. If for no other reason than to keep things fresh, Spurs offer a good vision of what doing nothing looks like.

Really good value if true. The only worry I would have would be his ear problems in loud stadiums. Wouldn't matter too much for many clubs but big European nights at Annfield might be a problem for him.

Or drop Bobby back to a no.10 role behind a striker?

A hat trick this weekend, and a hat trick of assists too. 13 goals this season and he is still only 23. Would be a good signing .

Possibly although I think he may sell one of them and buy a couple.

Now that'd be a test of the fans faith in Klopp. The interweb would literally melt down with keyboard warriors if we accepted a bid for Mane, Salah or Bobby.

Personally I'd love to see Bobby in the 10 role

Can't see it to be honest. These 3 have at least 2 years more together. Would've thought Klopp would be bringing some in, (like Werner) and look to integrate him into the team (like he has done with most of his purchases), but taking the pressure off to perform from day one, by having these 3 already there.

Werner is a few years younger than all of the front three.

If he signs, I dont see him as a replacement for any of them yet and they will rotate the front 3. The pressure on them is already immense and we really need a front 4 to allow for injuries, rest etc.

Origi, imo, isn't at that level and Werner could be.

Bobby played very well as an attacking midfielder in times past, he was that when we brought him in and lets face it, we could use one or two attacking midfielders right now.

I can see where your coming from, but I'd rather not sell any of the three of them for at least another full season. We need 1-2 quality players to come in, to help rotate the front three first. That or a couple of quality attacking / creative midfielders to help support the front three.

Ok.....who wants a good laugh. The "author" of the following piece is either drunk, high, or a combination of the two....

Real Madrid have prepared an offer of €110 million for Liverpool’s UEFA player of the year, Virgil van Dijk. The Champions League winners look to Barcelona to strengthen their backline.
Caught Offside claims that the Reds manager Jurgen Klopp is keen on prioritizing Barcelona defenders Nelson Semedo and Samuel Umtiti in the upcoming transfer market.
With speculations surrounding Van Dijk and recent injury to Joel Matip, Liverpool are really struggling at the back.

And with not many concrete replacement options, like Dejan Lovren and Joe Gomez who played in the past two fixtures respectively, the club turns to Ernesto Valverde’s side for help.

LFC are yet to find a replacement for Alberto Moreno on the left-back position and Samedo can be the perfect player for them to fill that void. The Portuguese, however, is currently playing a crucial part at Barcelona and will surely be favorite to stay at the club.

The European Champions will definitely feel the loss of Van Dijk if he does decide to join Los Blancos, and will look to Umtiti to replace the Dutchman. The Frenchman is currently struggling with a frequent knee injury and looks to restore his spot in the Catalan’s startling lineup.

Claims of potential €90 million deal have been made for the Barca pair with both Samuel Umtiti and Nelson Semedo being quality defenders who can improve Liverpool’s defense regardless of Virgil van Dijk’s future decision.

The addition of one or two quality midfielders to the squad coming into this season would have been a big help....

There is always room for improvement Ed, while there also comes a time, when lady luck won't be on out side and we'll need to be banging in a few goals a game, to ensure we win them ;)

Midfield is the last place we need to strengthen.

I think results show that Klopp knows what he is doing.

    https://talksport.com/football/6284...yan-fraser-transfer-bournemouth-harry-wilson/

Liverpool are in advanced talks with Bournemouth over a deal to sign Ryan Fraser in January, talkSPORT understands.

Fraser, the winger, has failed to live up to his usual heights this season with only one goal and two assists recorded in 11 appearances.

He has previously been linked with England’s biggest clubs, and a transfer tussle was expected next summer when his contract at the Vitality Stadium expires.

However, talkSPORT understands Liverpool are now at the front of the queue to sign the Scotland international when the transfer window reopens, with Bournemouth keen to cash in on the 25-year-old in the new year rather than lose him for nothing at the end of the season.

talkSPORT’s south coast correspondent Alex Crook broke the news of Liverpool’s interest in Fraser live on Drivetime, revealing: “My understanding is Jurgen Klopp is lining up a surprise move for Bournemouth’s Ryan Fraser.

“He is out of contract next summer and that means effectively Bournemouth will have to sell him in January.

“He has got more assists than any player in the Premier League since the start of last season. You have to caveat that and say he has not been in great form this season. He has been in and out of the Bournemouth team and when he has played he has not been as effective, as productive as in previous campaigns. You just wonder how much of that is down to the contract situation.
