Oh no! I presume you had the helmet on?
Yup but hit the side of a slowly moving Van and straight to the ground then. I learned my lesson for sure
It's the slow falls that are the killer
Going to be a cold night lads.
I think its safe to say that was a grand winter.
Fairly cool out there at matches all this morning. The breeze would cut you in half.
Ok WTF - Its snowing atm here in Carlow
and I'm blaming you Dub13!!!!
When I seen this snow I did think of this thread right away....
Due to drive from Gorey to Belfast for a meeting in the morning!
I hope they call it off like today's 3 hurling matches in Wexford, Waterford and Cork!
Ryanair flights from Manchester to Dublin tonight delayed an hour. Aer Lingus cancelled. Bad luck for those who went to the derby game today.
Was in sticks at the weekend. On way back up to Dublin was expecting a foot of snow going by the radio. A light sprinkling here and there.
Is the weather bad over there Lionel?
Have not a clue Niall. The leading story on the six one news tonight about snow was a shock to me. Wind might be a factor. The ferries all seem to be on timetable.
Ryanair flight from Manchester to Dublin at 22:00 now cancelled as well.
And I was debating on whether to bring a jacket or a fleece when I left home in the early hours. Currently en route to Holyhead . Was basking in 30 degrees temperature 2 days ago!
My gamble paid off big time.
Was thinking that alright plus you still get refunded on your flight that you didn't use.
Was home at 7 am myself and still had 2 hours to kill before work.
Some rain tonight.
Yeah I got lucky. Just finished training as it started. It wasn't that cold though.
More of the same tomorrow.
