I don't think they're too bothered about what the constitution says.
Freedom of speech: unless you say "Free Palestine", then you get deported.

Without a doubt, they've no regard for the law or the constitution. And any time a judge rules they're breaking the law, they accuse the judge of being corrupt and when possible, just ignore the ruling. But if him running as VP is unconstitutional, then why bother try to pull that scam off? If he can't get on the ballot as a nominee for president, then he won't be able to get on the ballot as a nominee for VP. I honestly think they'll try and find a way of not having an election at all.

Can't someone else be on the ballot as VP and then resign when in office? Trump steps up and then steps up again when Vance quits.
Don't think it will happen myself.
I'm sure they'll do something more blunt and straightforward.
    They're not the sneaky types.

If the VP resigns when in office, the new nominee needs to be approved by Congress. So not only would Trump's team have to trust Vance to give up the presidency, they'd need the numbers in the House and in the Senate. But Im with you, they'll try something far more straightforward and dictator like.

That's what Trump said about Musk, before Musk joined MAGA.

Imagine becoming the richest man in the world, but still feeling the need to spend 2 years licking the arse of the person who said that about you, only to end up where everybody knew it would.....enemies again. Everybody involved here has more money than they could spend in a thousand lifetimes, but still spend their days debasing themselves in pursuit of validation, power, and more money. It must be a miserable existence.

I'm still slightly torn bewteen thinking that this all feels a little stage managed between the pair of them or that it's the inevitable fall out that we all knew was coming. Both seem completely reasonable to me, Musk needs a way to get back onside with people who are interested in his cars and progressive policies (i.e. not Republicans) and Trump can do with some distance between people telling him that Musk is the real president.

The more obvious answer is that two absolute headbangers have just fallen out as was always likely to happen.

I think we can put the stage managed theory to bed.

It was, yet millions of people still twerk for a paedophile, and just pretend it's "the fake news media" trying to bring him down. Now their other hero has confirmed it. Now watch how many of them use the fact Musk is a scumbag to avoid admitting they've been supporting a paedo. The fact he's a proven rapist never bothered them,so they'll move onto the next denial with ease. The real entertainment is going to come from the MAGA crowd and media personalities who are desperate to stay on Elon's good side.

In other news, Tesla shares tanked 15% and wiped 150 billions in value in just one day, because of two man babies posting stuff on X

Reports that undocumented folks in US including Irish could be sent to Guatanomo Bay. A lot of Irish communities in states seem to be pro Republican so will be interesting to see if things will change if people in their community are sent there.

That is obviously terrible and yet I honestly really have little sympathy for selfish pricks who foisted this scum administration on the world, knowing they are scum but voting for them anyway to put a few quid in their pocket. I have nothing but disgust for people like that and a large part of me just thinks you reap what you sow, giving power to human excrement like trump.

Yep,one of those situations that come up more and more these days, where you agree its not right, but you don't have much sympathy. Unless youre loaded,or a fucking moron, you knew Trump wasn't going to make your life better, but he was going to be cruel to people you don't like. If you voted for that and ended up on tbe wrong end of that cruelty, then fuck you. Im just about done with people who support or celebrate cruelty. The reaction to those kids being deported from here last week, made me feel sick.

The muppets who have always stupidly claimed that Donald Trump is the "no wars" president, wont be happy with Ted Cruz. That he escalated almost every conflict the US were involved in, breaking records for the amount of bombs being dropped was grand with these lads, despite the amount of civilians he was killing, because "he didn't start any new wars". Now he's going down the same route as Bush Jr. did with Iraq. On a related note, how does a person sit down with Tucker Carlson and come out of it looking like the bigger cunt? Anyway,we're all about to see another jump in the cost of living,so Donald Trump can get richer and Netanyahu can stay out of prison.
