Going to fly into Charles De Gaulle with Aer Lingus. Eventually got the in-laws to take the kids for 3 days so just looking into accommodation now.

Any particular areas to stay in or avoid? Thanks

One place I thought was pretty cool in Paris that isn't often mentioned in the usual list of tourist spots is the Pantheon. You can go down to the crypts underneath it and there are so many famous French people's remains down there - Voltaire, Victor Hugo, Emile Zola, Marie Curie etc.

Going to NYC next month partly work and partly pleasure. Haven’t been since 2006. I’m staying just off time square and need to get to
250 Convent Ave, New York, NY 10031, United States (Harlem area) for a couple of days training starting at 08.00 each morning, anyone know if it’s just one subway or a multitude of changes as I expect getting taxis will be expensive and time consuming during rush hour?

One Subway will get you there. 30 mins on A or C from Port Authority or D from Rockefeller.

actually going to NYC in the morning, anyone know if Aer Lingus WiFi transatlantic will let me stream the LFC game?

Pretty sure it won’t support the bandwidth of a game but should get to follow it on sky sports apps or similar

Enjoy NYC, greatest city on earth to visit

    Great city
I didn't do a massive amount while there as it was on a stag both times

The reeperbahn is a very busy area for pubs and clubs
Loads of red light spots there but mostly all hidden in out of view
So your misses shouldn't be bothered as it's not in your face like the dam

Went to the jolly roger / st Pauli bar
Had a look around their ground
Which are both in the city centre and easy to walk to

We got the train from the airport in

    Great city enjoy
