pretty torn to what to do.. wonder could it get to the border and then rent a car and drive on up to Kiev... havent booked anything yet, might have to wing it... and a ticket also
I've put in a pickup in Warsaw and drop off Kiev . Seems no issue with booking. Although a notification does say International driving licence required. This was with Hertz
Thats the Transanistria route, 4 border crossings, the other route up thru the north of Moldova they say 8,5 hrs, think theres a ferry crossing involved with it, some companies wont let you go to Ukraine, SixT seem to do, you have to pay e20 plus e10 insurance extra. 4 of us on this route, undecided yet if to hire a minibus, hotel has gave us a price for a minibus with a driver or a taxi, wont know until we get talking to them Wednesday if the driver will stay Saturday night in Kiev ! Minibus could be the hotel for the night ! Might be a couple of spare seats on it if anyone interested
I'll be looking for 2 seats from Kiev to Chisinau, there's also another member here looking. So that's 3 of us in total. Also, I'm still not 100% on how I'm getting from Chisinau to Kiev, but most likely it'll be a friend of a friend or a taxi if anyone is doing similar.
2 of us just booked to chisinau on the flight landing before 6 am. Waiting on taxi company to confirm car. If there's seats available would be interested. Getting the flight back from chisinau at 8:30 Sunday evening.
