Hi Guys. I tried to create this thread in travel and I wasn't able to.
Anyway. Ive been to anfield many times and have always enjoyed the city. Trying to broaden my horizons now. Looking at a trip to wembeley, for Spurs away. So whats best / closest airport to fly to? looking for a complete weekend Sat to Mon. Any info appreciated.

Hi mate - personally think Luton is the best, it's under an hour and about £15. You get the train to West Hampstead then swap onto the Jubilee line up to Wembely Park. But in all honesty none of the airports ar more than 90 mins away so if you got cheap flights you could probably go for any of them.

Train to Victoria (don't bother paying the extra for the Express train), then the tube. If you have an Oyster Card it can be used for the full journey.

What about getting tickets to this game?
Note: I opened a separate thread in the Tickets forum on this if anyone wants to reply there. Thanks!
