Dont go over enough to warrant a season ticket myself. Just wondering can you stick your kids name down for one ? Be nice for them to have the option when there older.
never got a confirmation letter but its on my members card when i log in that im on the list about 2 years now
Hi I was thinking something similar mate, then multiply say the 70,000 x GBP£5 and thats a nice few quid ain't it ! Very fair point mate.... Personally, I'm on it years, it appears on my history on my fancard but also, I think I've a letter somewhere from years ago .. must have a look and see if I can find it. Only contact I ever had was when the rang me up that time, offering me a corporate season ticket at some mad money (remember posting about it here at the time, think it also happened a couple of other lads here too if I recall correctly...) Bring back the PTS please and reinstate us all, that'll do me very nicely thank you.
Must be on it about 5 years now, applied in writting and got a letter back with a reference number, for a strange reason last year i wanted to see it logged on my purchase, kinda like the pts waiting list a few years ago so i wrote them a letter asking them to add it to my history and also posted em the letter i had got and heard nothing since and no copy of that reference number ha. If i was ever offered one i wouldnt take it as couldnt afford over £700 and all you have is league home games gauranteed, have a fancard with pretty much everything on it so happy enough with that.
The first season you get a season ticket costs £50 extra as you get offered it after the deadline. Paying a £50 deposit would soften the blow a little bit as ye normally only have a few days to come up with the readies
Theres thousands on the waiting list that would be in the same boat. I'm not sure if I could afford it myself.
As part of this initial stage of the Season Ticket Waiting List project, we have compiled a list of questions that we have been asked. Over the coming days and weeks, as the project develops, we will be updating and adding to this list to ensure that questions relevant to each stage of the process are available for you to read. Keep visiting the Club website for further announcements. 1. How will I know whether I am one of the first 25,000 supporters on the list? The first 25,000 applicants will receive a letter from the club. All of those due to hear from us joined the list before April 2004 and applied by letter - not Fan Card application form. Those on the list will have received a letter confirming their application at the time. Should you have a query, the onus will be on you to supply this original letter and prove your application. 2. Will I have to pay to be on the new list? Yes, the club is charging an initial £5 registration fee to join the new list. 3. What is this fee for? The fee is to help cover the cost of this project. 4. If I decide to come off the new waiting list, will this initial fee be refunded? No. This is a registration fee and will help to cover the cost of this project. 5. How long will I be waiting for a Season Ticket? We do not have a timescale. The number of Season Tickets made available varies each year. 6. Why don't the club close the list? The Season Ticket Waiting List is now closed and we are no longer accepting new applications at this time. 7. Will we be increasing the number of Season Tickets available? The club reviews the breakdown of its ticket allocation each season. This process has begun for 2011-12. 8. There used to be a separate list for adults and adult/child? Have these now been combined on the database and how does this affect my position? No. They are still separate. We are currently dealing with the adult waiting list and will look at the adult/child and disabled supporter's lists in due course. 9. I am not sure if you have my correct address - how can I check? The club plans to provide an online look-up tool in the near future which will allow supporters to see if they are on the initial mailing list and the address to which the letter will be sent. 10. Okay, I am on the list but you have the wrong address - what do I do? The letter will still be sent and you should, if possible, try to recover that letter from the original address. If not, you will be able to contact us via the look-up tool and we'll take you through the process. 11. How will the list be organised? How is it decided who is near the top? I have been to almost every game in the last ten years - will I be given preference over those who have not been to any games? No, the list is ordered chronologically; those who have been on the list the longest will be offered a Season Ticket first. 12. Will there be a half-season ticket like some other clubs? We do not have any plans to introduce a half-season ticket at this time. 13. I filled in a tick box on a Fan Card application form a few years ago - I've heard nothing since. Where do I stand? We are currently dealing with applications received before April 2004. The option on the Fan Card application forms came into operation after this date. Supporters receiving a letter in this first stage will have written to the club and received a confirmation letter back from us. 14. I have a Membership; can my Season Ticket application be linked for loyalty reasons? Yes, should we make you an offer of a Season Ticket; we will be able to link it to your current Fan Card or Membership number. 15. I was offered a Season Ticket years ago but couldn't afford it at the time. Am I still on the list and, if not, why not? No, unfortunately we do not offer supporters the opportunity to defer taking a Season Ticket. If you were offered a Season Ticket but did not take it you will have been removed from the list. We will not be able to reinstate you. 16. When will we hear back from the club as to where we are on the list? The closing date for registering is April 29, 2011. Once this initial process has been completed we would expect to be contacting supporters on the updated list during the close season. 17. I am on the waiting list but am now disabled. Will I be moved across to the disabled supporter's waiting list? Will my original date of entry onto the Season Ticket Waiting List still stand? We will look at each case on its individual merits; however, we also have an extensive disabled supporter's waiting list and cannot guarantee that we will be able to help.
I wonder where they plucked this date from. That puts me out of the running anyway my application confirmation letter is from the start of 05 season
I found my letter the other night and i am on it since 1999. The letter says the list is extensive and that was in 1999 so will be interesting to see if i even get a letter from the club.
Fancards came out initially that season as far as I can remember. They starting making ye buy a fan card at the beginning of the 05/06 season (TNS)
Ah wasn't holding out any real hope anyway. Yeah that sounds about right I did it with my fancard application.
This a bit Rick Parryish, minimum 7 years wait and counting, how many children will still be elligble?
Welcome to the Season Ticket Waiting List letter lookup tool. Over the next few weeks we will be sending a letter to the first 25,000 people on the Waiting List. You can use this tool to check if a letter will be sent to your address. http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/redirects/waiting-list-letter-lookup
