    He deserves to be at a club that is competing at the highest level. Celtic is a step backwards.

    Assuming he and his family want to live in England, where does he go ? From the Top Six clubs in the PL, there's not really an obvious option, unless he possibly went back to Chavs (and that's far from ideal).

    Yes the League is a step back but going from Newcastle to Celtic is positive move IMO, competing in Champions league and Europe, no chance of that happening with Newcastle.

    If Rafa is allowed to spend a bit of money, he could have Newcastle in Europe too. Wolves will be in Europe if City win the FA Cup!
