That first half team would finish above Everton

Great talent Brewster. Hopefully it’s the first of many for him this season as he will be heavily involved you’d reckon.

It's obvious that Brewster has that strikers instinct. He was following Milners shot in before it even left his foot, expecting the goalie to spill it. That young lad at left back hasn't done himself any harm, very positive.

Here we go again, another season on the horizon, I think I've recovered from the last. Promising start from Brewster. Fingers crossed

Great work out for the boys. Even the 3rd choice keeper got a run up front. On to Sunday now

Remember Reina playing outfield in a pre season game once. He looked like a basketball player going around the place.

A spectacular fresh air shot comes to mind.

Very good pre-season performance. Not all players tonight will get to travel to the US. Harvey Elliot looks a very likely signing based on the fact he was in the stands watching tonight's match. Pity that Sepp van den Berg could not play.

Looking forward to watching that lad Larouci again although I'd like to see him have to do a bit more defending.
